The process
A complimentary conversation about the vision, the site, the way you live, and what the project needs to be. No obligation, and no sales pressure.
Architecture, layout and elevation developed with you, so the plan reflects how the house is actually going to be used before anything is committed to.
Materials, finishes, fixtures and lighting, hand-selected together. This is where a house starts to feel like yours, and where most of the detail lives.
Permitting, engineering, scheduling and budget. The unglamorous stage that determines whether the rest of the project runs calmly.
Our team manages every trade on site, with regular walkthroughs and open communication so you always know where the project stands.
Final finishes, systems, punch list and handover. Most MLR homes complete within 12 to 18 months, and we stay reachable after the keys.
