How long has your company been in business?
MLR Development has been building luxury homes for over 15 years. What began as a small, hands-on operation has grown into a trusted name in custom home development, known for our attention to detail, thoughtful design, and deep commitment to quality. What does “MLR” stand for?
MLR represents the initials of the founder and lead developer's three children: Milan, Liam, and Roy. Naming the company after them was his way of honoring family and creating a legacy rooted in love, dedication, and growth. It is more than a name, it is a reflection of what matters most. Family has always been his greatest source of inspiration, which is why every project is approached with the same care and commitment. At MLR, homes are built for other families to grow, thrive, and create lasting memories of their own.
